Implants are not recommended for men just because they might have had a fracture, or might have Peyronies Disease, or might have a spinal injury. Implants are only recommended by surgeons when such conditions result in enough deformity, regardless of the cause) or Erectile Dysfunction (that does not respond to conservative treatment) that a man cannot have satisfying sexual intercourse.

If you have a fracture, and Peyronies Disease, and treatable Erectile Dysfunction, all combined, you are not a candidate for an implant (ESPECIALLY AT 21) if you are not kept from intercourse BECAUSE OF DEFORMITY or UNTREATABLE Erectile Dysfunction.

I think the odds that you had a penile fracture are close to zero.  If you did, then you had a miraculous recovery that left you with a photographically perfect penis.

In all honesty, it seems that you are getting to the point of obsessive fixation on your penis.  I think you have to ask yourself if you are OCD, have elements of hypochondria, or have body dysmorphia focused on your penis.
