Hello everyone. I haven't been here in a long, long time. I hope everyone is doing well. Ten years ago, I broke my junk and got peyronies disease. I don't need to divulge into the horrors and emotional pain this condition inflicts, as I'm sure you're all well aware. I used to purchase cialis 20mg from River Pharmacy until they shut down. About two years ago, I got prescription Cialis from a local Urologist and started using GoodRX for discounts. About 20 dollars for 30 pills of 20mg.

In those two years, I have progressively lost use of my erections. My dating life has been abysmal ever since. Perhaps it's due to age or my terrible smoking habit. Regardless, I need 20mg Cialis and a C-Ring just to maintain an erection. If I stand up, my erection will be gone in 2 minutes. If I'm laying down, I can maintain it for about half an hour.

I don't want to be alone forever. Is it time I finally followed through with a Penile Implant? I got Peyronies at 22 years old. I am now 32 years old. I feel as though my fight without surgery is no longer feasible. If I want a sexual partner that is. I can maintain my state of being if I choose to be alone. I don't have any health insurance. I am so desperate, I'd be willing to drop the average penile implant price out of pocket. All 19 - 30 thousand dollars of it. I have a decent job pay-rate wise, just terrible health benefits package, so I don't pay monthly for it. I live in NY. I also work seasonally. I would be willing and able to travel across America in-order to setup an appointment and receive my surgery.
Loss of erections since 2014.
Slight bend to left, used to be straight.
8 Hrs of Phallosan Forte daily.
20mg Tadalafil from River Pharmacy daily.
Two unique c*ck rings for maintenance.
Erection quality sufficient for s*x when all used together.

Same here bro I'm 21 and this happened when I was 17. I think I had a fracture at the time. And I just didn't know it until the symptoms came back like 3 weeks later. Never sought treatment.

I've been thinking about getting on a $380 monthly insurance plan. That's a lot for me. However, idk what else I'm gonna do.

I use California - Medi -Cal insurance.  It's free and it's covering my visit with a new Uro next month. It basically covers everything but the care is a little rough depending on the doctors.

So I'm torn between getting on an insurance plan to get better care, and being able to choose my specialists. Or just keeping my money.

I'm only 21 so $380 monthly is a lot for me + the co pays.

The implant is in the back of my mind as well.

Idk you've lived like this longer than me I'm really sorry about it I can relate because our situations are so similar. I just want the constant pain and Erectile Dysfunction to go away.

Maybe see if you can talk to him.

Tbh with you I'm looking to get out of this chapter of my life as soon as possible. So I'm trying to come up with a game plan.

But for me picking to stay with the government health insurance over something I can pay for better care is a little conflicting. From the differing opinions I have received.

If you have the funds, based on what you described you could be a candidate. Why don't you reach out to Dr Hakky's office in GA and schedule a video consultation with him?

You can also look into Dr Eid, since he is from NY as well and is extremely reputable in his work.

You won't have to ask when you are ready, and from the sound of it, you are damned near there. When you have to use multiple solutions in combination to have sex, and you are single, there is just no other solution.

If you can pick and choose, I would pick Eid in NYC or Haaky in Atlanta.  You could also consider buying insurance through your employer or privately.  Even if the premiums were extremely high, it would be worth it even if it only paid 60% of the cost.

I would call the doctors, and ask their offices about insurance even before I set up the consultations.  Investigate the insurance waiting time to make certain they will pay.

^^ These are the words Hawk said to me before my implant, and he was right. I was very close to being ready, but not 100% ready. I still could use my dick just good enough to make me question if it was worth it. But 3 months later, it got maybe 20% worse and that pushed me to the point of KNOWING, I was ready for the implant. I had nothing to lose then, and everything to gain. I would recommend you do take the same approach. You shouldn't be getting an implant if you can have sex that's satisfying enough to you. Once you can't, you'll have zero regrets going with the implant.
