Hello All. My name is Patrick, i from Poland. Im 30 years old. I had congenital curvature. Sorry for my english. Im still lerning.
I had a surgery 6 november in Poland. I had a sideways and upper curvature. A little up and little sideways, not much. Method - Nesbit. Three small cuts in the inside. Stitches around the head of the penis and on the frenulum, because doctor also remove frenulum. I'll shorten everything :

1.During the night, during an erection, in one place the wound where the stitches were placed came loose a little. The doctor said he wouldn't stitch it up again and it would heal on its own.
What do you think about it?

2. A fibrin was formed on the removed frenelum.
Did you also have something like this? how long do you have to wait for it to go away?

3. I lost 80% of the feeling in the head of my penis. I have feeling in one place about 20% of the surface
Will this feeling come back or will it stay like this?

4. Some time has passed since the procedure and nighttime erections still wake me up. The foreskin does not go below the head of the penis, it stays halfway down and it hurts a lot. In addition, there was terrible pain at the shaft of the penis, this is the place where the penis curved upwards.
Too much foreskin and therefore does not go down below the head of the penis and pain in the shaft of the penis caused by the stitches not allowing it to return to the upward curve?

Thanks soo much for answers.

I think you should ask this question in the doctor's section.

Good luck!

Welcome my brother Patrick to the forum as I too am Polish. Thank you for filling out your signature line. Also please download and read our survival guide -->Survival Guide. This will give you a better understanding of peyronies and it's treatments.

I am sorry to hear about your experience and I can say that I am not to knowledgeable regarding the nesbit procedure. I am sure other members here will chime in though.

So did the Dr perform a circumcision? As far as healing goes you should regain your sensation in time. Nerves heal but rather slowly sometimes up to a year or longer. The fact you are having normal erections is good as you need the blood flow and fresh oxygen to keep things working.

When you say fibrin are you referring to a plaque formation or nodule? This could be scar tissue formation or the sutures in your shaft.

So does your foreskin remain 1/2 way down your glans when you have an erection? You say that  you have pain in your shaft where the stitches are. I believe this will resolve itself as things heal up. What directives did your DR say about resuming sexual activity? So did you ever try to use and traction therapy before your operation? I think that you are early in the healing process still and need to wait it out. We also have 2 top notch Dr's here on the forum and you can post your question there.

Finally don't despair and let worry and anxiety get a hold on you. This can affect your mental state and health in general.  It is good to have you here.  :)

Hey man. Don't worry about a thing. I had my surgery almost a year ago. It took a good six months for everything to get back to normal. The body needs a lot of time to recover.  Everything you're feeling sounds normal to me. When you sleep at night, wrap it somewhat tightly in gause that wont stick to the wound so when you get an erection, it doesn't rip the stitches. Also keep it bent upwards towards your belly in your underwear.

Again, don't worry about anything. Your body will heal, but it will take a lot of time. One month is nothing.

Hello Mikel7. Thank you for your answer. Are you really from Poland?
I wasn't circumcised. I had my frenulum removed.

Fibrin,  - a simple fibrillar protein that precipitates from blood plasma during the blood clotting process. Creates a scaffold for the clot. It is formed from fibrinogen as a result of the action of thrombin.
It happened where the frenulum was removed. My Dr. said it was a natural healing process.
The foreskin during an erection yesterday and today went below the head of the penis. It has improved.
Sexual activity, masturbation 8-10 weeks or longer. It all depends on this state of healing.
what is traction therapy? I have never herd of it.
I think it takes time. I read a lot about it on the Polish forum. I know that each case is different. Some heal faster, others slower.
I am in contact with my doctor online because I live in a country other than Poland. I send photos twice a week and consult with him.

Hello  JR678. THanks you for your answer.
You had surgery a year ago? When was the first time you masturbated or had sex since your surgery?
What kind of curvature did you have?
I dont  have any stitches on the outside. I only have stitches inside which will last 6-8 months.
The doctor told me that since I no longer have stitches on the outside, I don't need to use gauze.
I have to have the wound opened because the stitch in the front didn't hold during an erection.
The doctor said it wouldn't be stitched and it would heal on its own
Do you have any other advice? And tell me, after a year, do you still have the same look as after the surgery or has it become a little crooked?

I am not form Poland although my ancestors were. Explain more about why you had your frenulum removed? Traction therapy is when a device is attached to your penis and stretched over a certain length of time. The force is constant and it causes micro tears to form. With repeated daily use it lengthens and corrects curvatures of the penis. The Restorex and the PenimasterPro are the two most commonly used devices. They do work.

Thanks you for your answer.

The doctor removed my frenulum because it was a nesbit and the cut was around the penis. This doctor performed a lot of such surgeries and that's why I chose him. These devices are quite expensive. Are there cheaper alternatives?

There are a lot of makeshift traction devices out there but you can end up strangulating your glans because of the way they attach. Most of them are made in China.

Hello. I'm much better now. The fibrosis has disappeared, the pain during erection is less and less. As the doctor wrote to me, each case is individual.

Some time ago I found a topic here about traction systems and someone also wrote that manual traction can be performed.

It was a pinned topic that you couldn't reply to, only read. And I can't find it again. Can you help me find him? All traction systems, including jelqing, were described there.

I wish you all Happy New Year!

Some people take a lot more time to recover than others but I think you should definitely see your doctor.
