Flaccid pain all the time. Should I use device or manual traction with hand?

I am very depressed about this. The pain is like 9/10 all the time when flaccid, and I cannot relax throughout the day because the pain is always bothering me and it is hard for me to think straight. When I get erection it reduces the pain thankfully. I use 5-10 mg cialis daily.

My penis in semi erect is bending to the left more all the time, and twisting more as time goes on. Lost some length when fully erect as well. All the time I have lots of horrible flaccid pain. I want to gain some length back and fix the curving and twisting to the left, but I don't want to damage my penis more. I am using my hand all day to twist my penis to the right to straighten it out.

How is the best way to do manual traction? Pull my penis out move it in all directions, or just the opposite to the way it is bending to the left? I am scared if I use a traction device or VED I will injure my penis more. I don't know what to do guys.

So I am totally against manual traction as you have no way to gauge the force being exerted. The force from the Restorex and PMP is measured and you can see where you are in your treatment. The Restorex does provide more force compared to the PMP. If you are in pain have you tried some heat therapy? Also have you been to the Dr for a diagnosis?

I have not used a device but I have tried manual traction in the past and completely agree with Mike. It made me worse.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.
