There is a post here about Dr Knoll in Nashville he has a very good reputation but be aware he is semiretired.
Depending on where you are coming from there are two surgeons you are likely not too terribly far from, Dr Tariq Hakky (ATL) and Dr Jonathan Clavell (Houston)
I think you will find they routinely come up on this board and regularly as in the top tier of IPP surgeons in the US.  I used Hakky and am very pleased with the result.  Im in Knoxville about 3.5 hours from ATL.
