Cialis every day for benefits or every 3 days ?

Does anyone know if taking Cialis daily is more beneficial than taking it every 3 days for Peyronies ?

Because I've heard Cialis / Tadalafil stays in the system for roughly 72 hours.

Meaning it would be more efficient to take it every 3 days to save more of the medicine supply , while still simultaneously maximizing its use purposes to help fight Peyronies.

Any comments or ideas is daily better or every 3 days , every other day , etc .

Cialis stays in the system for that long, but it definitely loses it's potency. It would be more beneficial to you to take it daily if you are comfortable with the financial cost and you feel a solid improvement on your erections.

Hey Pfract do you know if all Penis Fractures lead to hematoma and the "eggplant deformity " before this all started 4 years ago I remember hearing a popping sound and I think I lost my erection I'm not sure but the pain after that shortly went away .

Cialis dose peaks a couple of hours in after taking it , however by 72 or even 48 hours only very amount is left in the bloodstream such that it won't even benefit your erection the same way. Therefore it is necessary to take 5mg daily to see the sustained effect. Any less and I have seen it becoming almost non effective.

I took 20mg daily after my injury and it worked great. Even now with the implant I still take cialis 20mg every other day really helps maintain the smooth muscle cells in my opinion.
