Will any Traction Devices work with my steep erection angle? (StickFigure)

Hey guys Jhon here aka 305Made.

So I had a quick question.

My dick points up towards my stomach or the ceiling when erect, will any Traction Devices work with my weird erection angle?

See Stick Figure diagram below for reference thanks, would love others input on this.  
Untreated Penis Fracture in 2018 or 2019 
Soft Erections Unusable for Sex + Soft glans
22 YO constant flaccid & erect pain for 4 Yrs
Issues with frequent Urination + emptying bladder
Upper left curve \ hard area on penis where trauma took place

Yes I would highly recommend trying the Restorex as you can position it against your bend. Adjustments are easy with repositioning the screws and the rods. I would also suggest in using the makeup pads mod for gripping your penis.
