Question regarding devices?

I'm 58 and just recently developed an upward curvature that varies from moderate to more severe.  Seems a little late in thd game to worry as there is no pain etc. but I admit it has had a physiological affect on me that negatively affects my sex life.
As the curvature slmost shocked me when it girst started occurring, I was wondering if it ever resolves itself?
Also, it seems logical that by bending the penis in the other direction it could possibly help.  I'm just doing thst manually now but am familiar with the Restore-X as well.  Are there alternatives hyo Restore-X that bend thd penis but aren't so expensive?
