Glans not filling up

So it seems like I have paused my penis from curving any further thanks to traction. I do weighted traction trying to do it for 1 hour per day. The curve is not getting worse but I still have narrowing of the shaft and my glands do not seem to completely fill. Has anyone had a success getting their glands to fill up during an erection with continuous traction therapy?

Traction does help a large majority of us and seems to slow down/halt any further curvatures. I would be very careful with the weighted traction as their is the potential for further damage from the weight. As far as getting your glans to fill up that is another issue. Have you had an erect ultrasound to assess blood flow?

Hi Mikel no I have not had that assessment before. I am trying to remember what my glands were like before Peyronie's. Are the glands in a healthy penis suppose to be as hard as the shaft? My shaft gets very hard sometimes my glands get very full but not hard like the shaft

A mans glans does fill with blood to a certain extent and gets rigid enough for penetration. As an orgasm approaches it does engorge more thus getting more hard. To start of with though you can feel the 2 corpora cavernosa as they reach into the glans filling with blood and getting hard. Each man is different though.
