Tadalafil twice a day? Dosage/timing question

I started daily tadalafil recently, 2.5mg nightly for a week, then upped it to 5mg. I get pretty terrible headaches with the 5mg, especially overnight and it's hurting my sleep. I didn't have this with the 2.5mg.

My question is, is there any danger with taking 2.5mg twice a day? Then I'm still doing a total of 5mg daily, but might mitigate my headaches. Thoughts?

It all just builds up in your system over time. I would say take it right before bedtime with a full glass of water. The headaches and side effects usually dissipate after about 2 to 3 weeks of consistent use.
