Hello everyone,
I am 28
I have hard-flaccid
This started after I took a really uncomfortable plane ride four months ago(I'm 6'3, and the seats are really tight)
And then I fell on my butt pretty hard and hurt my wrist.
Suddenly, I started not being able to hold an erection and premature ejaculation.
My 30-minute sex sessions dwindled to a 20-second experience.
I got really depressed. My wife is being supportive, but this is really hard on the psyche.
Initially, suspected prostatitis got put on antibiotics without a diagnosis.
Found out that pelvic muscles are not functioning properly.
Working with a pelvic floor pt, but erections are still almost non-existent.
Hope to find some different approaches here.

A few other things:
I'm pretty active,
I don't smoke or drink
I'm not overweight,
I haven't taken any dick pills

Welcome BrutusLickem to the forum. First line of business is for you to fill our your signature line -->Signature Line . This will encourage other members to respond to your postings. Also please download and study our survival guide -->Survival Guide . This will educate you on peyronies disease and it's different forms of treatments.

I would definitely say that you have damaged your pelvic floor to a certain degree. I also had a similar experience and fell on an iron beam and broke my tailbone. PT has helped me in that area with gentle strengthening/stretching exercises that must be consistent. Remember though that if you incorporate Kegel exercises you can go overboard and over tighten an already tensed pelvic floor.

Worrying about this releases stress hormones such as adrenaline and greatly affects your erections. Cialis or like minded drugs help out a lot and are tolerated pretty well. You should at least give one a try at a low dosage.

If your wife is supportive you are way ahead of the game! Communication between partners opens up the channels for a different degree of intimacy. You do need to place things in perspective in regards to worrying about this all the time. Obsessive thinking will do you more harm than good.

You haven't mentioned any penile deformity so it sounds like you do not have peyronies but rather other penis related issues.

Premature ejaculation can be dealt with in different ways. I would say try the pelvic floor therapy first which may help resolve things. Other forms of treatment include couples counseling or masturbation before actual intercourse. Worrying though and anxiety is probably the first culprit that affects things. Hopefully other members will share their experiences.

Welcome to the forum Brutuslickem,

I think Mikel7 gave a lot of useful input.  I am not an expert on PE, but I think it is often accompanied by erectile issues.  The logic is that stress and worry over losing an erection kind of program cause you to hurry and ejaculate.  I would work on the ED first and see if the PE works itself out after you deal with the ED.
