Good morning gents.

Fifty three year old white male, married 22 years. Noticed a small dent in the left side of my penis in Dec 2022 that transformed into a full on bend of 45+ degrees with some hourglassing by April of 2023. Looked up my symptoms and received a crash course in Peyronie's disease. I do have a distant history of a dismount gone wrong with my wife on top in my late 20s, whether this is causal for my case, who knows.

Visited my GP and discussed my case. Left with a referral to a urologist and a Rx for 5mg daily tadalafil, of which I currently am dosing just 3x weekly due to nasal and chest congestion side effects. Purchased a RestoreX in August and have been using it daily for 60 minutes since September. Beginning to see some results I think WRT to length recovery and a little bit of curvature / plaque reduction, but I may just be too optimistic right now.

Currently lift weights / resistance train 2-3x weekly and ruck or run 2-3x weekly as well. BMI is 22 and body fat is around 18%. A1C 4.7. Family history of HTN which I take an ACE inhibitor for and is well managed in 100s/upper 60s. Diet is good of whole foods, high protein, good fats, good carbs, very low / no sugar / processed food. Moderate alcohol. Moderate coffee. Smoked in college 30+ years ago. History of left spermatocelectomy and epididymectomy 10+ years ago. No idea if that's a factor.

Read Dr. Trost's online content thoroughly and also found a podcast with Peter Attia MD talking with Mohit Kera MD about men's sexual health to be very informative. They discuss Peyronie's in detail and also go quite in depth about tadalafil daily and all its benefits. Found lots to be hopeful about in all of that.

This forum has been a great resource and relief. I am going to add CoQ10 to my regimen and discuss Pentox with the Uro when I finally get to see him. Otherwise, just going to continue to do traction and tadalafil and dig in for the long remodeling fight.

Thanks for the inspiration. Look forward to updating you guys and hope it's all good.

Welcome aboard!

Guys that do their research in the beginning are pretty much ahead of the game when it comes to being proactive.

I also made a search regarding the podcast you mentioned and I am going to add the link below for other members to know about it.

I will watch it later on this weekend as I am curious about it too. By the way, Pentox may be just placebo but it doesn't hurt to try and may give you better erections along with cialis.

How has Restorex been, being that you use it daily since Sept?  I am looking to purchase one but wondering if it's worth it.

Hope it's working out for you

I've been using it 6-7 days a week for two 30 minute sessions a day for a solid six weeks now. So far I've noticed some length recovery and am at five clicks out on the standard rods for straight pull when I started at one click. Counter-bend is at a very tight 90 degrees with no clicks and just the spring tension. That hasn't changed since I've started and I haven't noticed any change in the bend.

Did the make-up pad mod and it is a life-saver.

I'm still solidly in the acute phase, since I've developed an upward deflection in the curve in the last couple of weeks.

I'm being realistic in my expectations and looking at timelines of six months before I see anything noticeable in the bend. Patience and discipline along with continued knowledge acquisition are my key operating principles.

I recommend it on the length recovery alone. Hope you have good luck if you decide to purchase.

It's nice that you're experiencing the length recovery, as well as staying consistent with it, that is the key to healing.  Which kind of make up pads did you purchase?  I went to CVS and picked up some generic ones but I am still have issues.

Hope your Uro visit goes well
