Can you gain length once you have hourglass on both sides/around shaft?

When I get an erection my shaft gets solid up to the point of the plaque area then it just doesn't really get hard above there no matter if I've taken pills/ved.

I recently said I stopped VED but I'm now doing it again as it seems one of the only ways to help regain length/help hourglass and this is my main issue at this point. We'll see.

It feels like where the hourglass area is is tight that nothing will break it.

Continue and be consistent with the VED therapy - also have you even tried traction?

I've tried manual traction only.

Been travelling most of the time I've had Peyronies so bit tricky to even try get something delivered in general. I'm currently in Mexico if anyone has ideas though
