Age? 18.
What did your medical doctor conclude? self diagnosed.
How long have you had symptoms? about 5 days.
What are your symptoms? very mild pain at the site of the node which is below the glans on the left side
What treatments have you tried and what were the results? tried traction today, did help a bit, and was able to ejaculate today.
Do you have insurance or means to get medical treatment? not sure if my insurance covers this.
where are you in dealing with the psychological aspects of Peyronies Disease? i'm pretty upbeat rn to be honest but i guess that's just being young.
Are you in a relationship? yes, with my hand.

I like to go very rough while masturbating, what i do is stack two pillows and stick my dick in between and then basically ride it. Been doing this for years to be honest. About 5 days ago, when I came using this method, it sort of hurt my dick, didn't think too much of it, but it kept hurting afterwards the entire day. After that the pains have been milder and irregular while flaccid. I've noticed a sizeable lump below the glans.
I do not like looking at my penis when its flaccid, it looks broken lol, but when its erect, there is about a 30 degree bend which improves with traction. I gathered some courage today and masturbated the same way, dick between two pillows, but went slower and for the most part it was painless, maybe did feel a bit of pain when cumming, and afterwards but pretty mild.
I'm kind of lost on what to do, so i'll just be doing traction as much as I can and eat garlic, ginger, take vit C,D and E. Any advice is appreciated. Thanx :)

Welcome Abc_cba to the forum. Thank you for filling out your signature line. Also you need to download and study our survival guide -->Survival Guide . This guide will educate you regarding peyronies and it's different treatments.

So first thing you need to do is to get into a Dr if possible, a urologist in particular. Your injury just recently happened and you need to be careful with making things worse. I am sure being 18 that your hormones are raging and masturbation is your main form of sexual release. May I suggest to stop with the pillows and just use your hands gently with plenty of lubrication and be gentle.
There are many men who have injured themselves also masturbating in the prone position. Here is an article about it -->https://metromaleclinic.com/negative-effects-of-prone-masturbation-how-to-overcome-it/ . Also cut back on the frequency if at all possible. You really don't want to incur more damage do you?

Traction can help you but you need to use a device and not use your hand. You do not have any gauge as to how much force you are using. The two devices that we recommend here are the Retorex and the PenimasterPro. Read up on them please.

You did not say anything if you are having regular and normal erections. Cialis and other like drugs are usually used to help with nightime erections and facilitate healing. These drugs bring in fresh oxygenated blood and also cut down on the inflammation cycle. They also provide the rigidity for sex. The supplements you are using wont hurt you and could help your body physically, but probably wont do much for your penis.Hopefully you have adopted a healthy lifestyle, exercising, eating well, don't smoke etc.....

You are young and have that in your favor. Read the forum and gain more knowledge regarding your injury/situation and not let it get worse.

Thank you Mike for your advice and I had decided on my own accord to stop masturbation entirely, I've decided to just get erect and not do anything since it might worsen the inflammation. Where I live right now (very remote), I would have to travel about 1500 km to get to a urologist.
I could probably get hands on cialis or pentox, my concern with it is uhm, would I get addicted to the medicines and have problems getting erect once I stop using them?
As for my diet, I eat a lot of protein, work out 3 times a day and consider myself generally healthy.

I don't think you can get addicted to Cialis or Viagra. It is just that some older men get a tolerance build up after using them for years. I am sure a psychological dependence could develop. If you are having normal hard erections then it is up to you to see if it would benefit you in your healing or not.

You are smart in laying off masturbating while you wait to see how your penis is going to heal. Remember that traction can help you prevent shortening of your penis and reducing your length and girth.

Welcome to the forum.  Mike has given some good advice.  I will repeat some of it for emphasis.  BE GENTLE WITH YOUR DICK!  Especially while inflamed during this acute phase.

Do everything you can to reduce inflammation.  I would consider NSAIDs, good sleep, and an anti-inflammatory diet.  I do NOT think men build up a tolerance to ED drugs.  ED is often progressive, and what once worked no longer does simply because the ED is worse.  I think evidence suggests it would have gotten worse with or without the Viagra etc.

I don't think I have erectile dysfunction (yet). I'm happy to report that the inflammation has more or less disappeared, I still would stay away from masturbation, especially the way I used to. I'm continuing manual traction simply because getting a machine like restoreX or PMP is gonna cost wayyyy too much. Thank you Mikel and Hawk, I appreciate your advice and suggestions, considering you both are so old and have a lot of experience and knowledge.
