Peyronies since June 2020 and have not lost even the slightest in lenght but I feel like I am continously losing girth. The right side is the most impacted with a dent that starts from right side of base all the way to half the shaft. I will probably get a VED and do a VED journal with pics soon to see if it helps and if others can be helped by this. What the hell is even going on inside my penis that have made me lose so much in girth? I have not really had any new episode that I feel like could have provoked any further ''trauma''

Never done any traction except a very short period and never done any VED. Really bizzarre case and feels a little hopeless.

I'm sorry to hear it, Sonic. I wish I knew too. I thought you'd been doing VED and traction already. Mine's still evolving, or wasting away, slowly. At first it curved left at the base, then dented left, then narrowed all around and went up but straight, now it's bending slightly right and twisting clockwise with lots of dents. There's enough plaque that it goes from the root to past midway. Causes the curve to make a large "U" shape instead of the more common "V". It's better than leprosy I guess, but what next?

Sorry to hear Rex. Been following your threads and seen pics of yours. Patients like us who suffer from narrowing seem like the lost children. Extremely extremely difficult to treat based on the thousands of posts I've read. Most of them end up having to do an implant which is not a intriguing thing where I live as most implant surgeons really don't have much experience at all.. Been avoiding sex for 2 years now. It's incredibly sad wasting these years like this.

I would say that you should try some traction and VED. Girth reductions are usually from internal scaring forming and healing and retracting the tissue. Dr Trost has an excellent video on this to show how it progresses. I would be proactive in regards to this. I had some indentations around my base of my penis and it has almost disappeared and returned to normal. It has taken me a long time though with VED and traction.

Thanks for the reply Mike. I think I will only try VED for now. Restorex is not available in the EU sadly and I was thinking about PMP for a while but reading about all the hassle about slippage etc I gave up. Do you think traction would even be of benefit now 3 years later? I have always had a worry that  traction might make it worse for me.

Traction has been known for some individuals to make things worse. That is all subjective to their situation and unknown whether the peyronies was just still active.

I did start out with the PMP and yes there was a learning curve with it. I did manage to master it and started using regular latex balloons for the diaphragms.
I believe it would be worth a try at least and the pulling action is more gentle compared to the Restorex.

Yeah, I have heard the force on the RestoreX is quite heavy. I had an opportunity to buy a used one long ago but I watched videos and pics of people using it and the pulling force seems quite agressive also I would only use it for straight traction as my curve is not drastic enough to do counter bending so thinking about it RestoreX is probably not ideal for me.
