I've had Peyronies Disease, with a stable plaque for about a year.  I started treatment in April with PTX, but have also been taking CoQ 10 and ALC/ALA, as well as VED 2-3x per week.

My first Xiaflex injection was about 24 hours ago.

Yesterday I had no side effects, but today I have mild swelling and some bruising.

I've contacted the doctor's office for directions, but any suggestions?
Note: The doctor did not wrap/bandage my penis post-treatment.
EDIT: today, I put on a silicone compression sleeve that I originally purchased to help with post-VED recovery.  I'm hoping this helps reduce the edema/swelling.

I do not know who did your Xiaflex injection but I do know that if you do not do any remodeling/traction you will see no results. Here is a video of Dr Trost explaining how Xiaflex is used with great efficiency -->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGREchr1620 . Hope this helps.

Hello! I am surprised they didn't give you any post injection instructions?! Did the doctors assistant got back to you, or somebody in the office? Following a protocol post injections is very important to improve your chances of success.

The doctor said that exercises (remodeling/stretching) should be done starting one week after the second injection.

Too late. Need to strike when the irons hot. My doctor (Trost) fixed my curve in less than 10 minutes after my second injection, by yanking the hell out of my member until we could hear/feel the plaque rip.

Whoa...Xiaflex is active for only a few days after injection and the comment by your doctor is, well, questionable. Dr. Trost pulled on my (unit) only minutes after the second set of injections and got three small "pops". About 8 hours later, I cranked the RestoreX to the max and got to length and counterbending gains that were unthinkable pre-injection. He will speak with an Peyronie's patient for 20 minutes or so at no cost. Perhaps consider doing that before another round of injections?
