gaining length with traction devices

Hi there, Does anyone help me with the following question:
When we talk about gaining length in the penis with traction devices like RestoreX, does it refer to flaccid or erect state? Specifically, I'd like to know if there are positive results gaining a few centimeters in length in the erect state

The one word that you left out of your question was peyronies. The studies that were done with the traction devices about restoring lost length/girth were from having peyronies disease. Lost length in the erect and flaccid state can be restored somewhat. Each man is different in their success depending on their degree of injury level. Now if you are looking to gain length from these devices but have not had peyronies then your chance for gaining any length/girth is limited.
