Leaving Cialis due to Tinnitus, help...

I was taking 2.5 mg Cialis daily before bed and it was helping, however was increasing my Tinnitus, I started taking L-Arginine 1000 mg 3 x day on an empty stomach since a couple days ago and suddenly my Tinnitus spiked up considerably... Will stop both Cialis and Arginine, which sucks because both are really helpful, but would like to hear your suggestions regarding alternative supplements or how could I avoid hearing loss while trying to save my penis from this awful condition... What should I do??? Still on Pentox 3 x day...

Well... If sex works good, your erections are still firm and you are trying to correct deformities then try to just stick with cialis. L-arginine is given with cialis by some doctors as it greatly boosts the effect of the later and there is evidence that it works.

But pentox's latest evidence shows that it is no proof it works and it doesn't do much if at all.

Really Pentox has been debunked??? Damn... The thing is Cialis with Arginine were really worsening my tinnitus, and I want to save my penis, but not at the cost of my hearing... Which of those 3, Pentox, Cialis or Arginine you think was causing my tinnitus flare up??? Which alternatives do I have???

Like i said above... Stick with just Cialis. You can discontinue one at a time, or stop taking all of them and then restarting one by one, so you know the one that is interfering with the others.

I would say that the Cialis was the culprit. Do what Pfract has stated and just reintroduce them one at a time. I cannot use any meds due to the damage done to my ears from it. It is a very rare occurrence.

Trying Cialis every other day (one day yes one day no) could still be effective??? Was about to introduce L Citruline, what's your opinion on it either alone or with Cialis???

L Citruline and Cialis have similar outcomes in that they produce and help sustain nitric oxide. This is a vasodilator and what relaxes the penis so an erection can occur. Cialis goes a step further by inhibiting the breakdown of PDE5. L Citruline promotes the production of nitric oxide. I would say Cialis every other day is just fine if this is working for you.

I used to take 5 mg a day. IDK about the pricing for your country but here taking a tablet every day was way too costly, a packet only contained 28 tablets. So I consulted my Urologist and switched to taking it Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. It worked well for me, (minimized side effects and still had a good effect all week)

Yes. I noticed you also asked about L-citruline. This is very good to combine with your cialis. Make sure it is pure L-citruline and not the malate variant. 3000-5000mg a day is good dosage.

Do you think adding L-Citruline might worsen my tinnitus??? Even with my 2.5 Cialis every other day my tinnitus increases even though not as much as daily, when I was taking daily Cialis and added Arginine it really worsened, Citruline might have the same effect???

Honestly have no idea. Never heard that Citruline causes tinitus.
