Sex issue with congenital left curvature. Need help please...

I'm 23 and I've never had sex because I am ashamed of my 35 degree left curvature.

From your experience, do you think is possibile to have sex with this curvature? What positions do you recommend? Should I have surgery?

Welcome Eee00 to the forum. Your photo looks like a congenital curve. Have you been formally diagnosed from a Dr? Are you in any pain? How are your erections? I think it's a congenital curve because I've had it since I can remember (the first erections at 13-14 years old). Until now no doctor has diagnosed congenital curve. These days I'm feeling a bit of discomfort on the left, at the point of curvature, in fact in a few days I'll be going to a urologist "specializing in Peyronie disease". I really hope it's not peyronie. Since I'm having this disconfort, I started measuring the curvature and it seems to be stable. However, the tunica albuginea on the left side feels a little harder than on the right side (but I think it has always been like this). There are no nodules or plaques. When erect my penis doesn't hurt and during erection i dont have this strange feeling, my erections are also perfect. I just have a strange feeling when the penis is flaccid, like it's burning on the left or more sensitive and sometimes it irradiates to the left foot . This strange feeling is not constant, sometimes there is other there Is not. Generally, the less I think about it the less I feel this strange feeling in the right side.

As I started to feel the discomfort I started taking vitamin E, citrulline, coenzyme q10 and applying a topical NSAID. I am very scared because I am very young...

If it is congenital, I think I would start looking for a good surgeon to perform the plication, I'm really annoyed by this curvature. I think that a good choice would be Dr. Gelman, but I'm in Europe and the costs are a bit excessive (18000$).

Hey EEE00... If you always had this curvature then it is congenital and it is not peyronies. You can try to do traction that also works (sometimes) for congenital curvatures) or you can try to find a doctor to correct this curvature.

Depends on the amount of money you have to spend and how far you are willing to go to get this fixed.

If you choose to have sex, be careful and go very gentle as it can cause multiple issues besides just pain and or making penetration difficult.

Information is key, so before you do anything read up as much as you can online. Both in the forum... Urologists websites.... ÏSSM... EUA...

I think sex in most positions would be possible, but it would take patience and experimentation.  

Sex with the woman lying on her back and you laying at a right angle on your right side with her legs over your body should work fine because it converts your curve to a 30-degree upward curve. Also, her lying on her right side with you on your knees, straddling her right leg, and lifting her left leg to your shoulder.  Again, this makes your curve point upward toward the back of her navel (away from her spine) just like a 30-degree upward curve would do if she were lying on her back.

Thanks for your suggestions. I went to a urologist and he did an ultrasound (without injection that causes erection) and he said that he doesn't see the plaque, so the curve is congenital. According to him it is not necessary to do an ultrasound with an erect penis and he think that traction therapy is useless (although from what I have read on the forum some have benefited from it). Unfortunately in Europe restorex Is not shipped, so I will try with penimaster, starting with 3 hours a day.

To be safe, I'll also get an opinion from another urologist.

I recently heard about Dr Djinovic. Some guys have already had surgery with him, and he's recommended by colleagues in the Balkans.

On this forum I know of only one guy who had his surgery with him, then I read a lot of testimonials about him about other types of surgery.

Personally, I'm considering this surgeon. I can't afford to go back to the United States again with Dr. Gelman (unless if the surgery is free) for a 3rd corrective surgery.

I think that in a few months, when I will be more free from work, I will buy the Penimaster pro and start with that. I will try RestoreX later, either when it becomes available in Europe or if I find a reliable reshipping service.

Despite my urologist does not feel any plaque in my flaccid penis and the flaccid penis ultrasound doesnt shows any plaque, when I have an erect penis in the point of the curvature I feel that there is a more rigid area, it is not a plaque, it has no clear limits, but it is like if the portion of albuginea of the left, in the point where the penis curves, is harder. Do any of you know if this can happen in congenital curves?

Hi Eo,

Regarding shipping RestoreX to EU - I purchased it through NYBox and the delivery was done by Aramex (they shipped it to UK first, then to my country). Delivery took about 25 days and I had to deal with some uncomfortable questions during customs clearance, plus in the end they slapped higher fees than expected. Just a heads up before you decide to do it this way. Perhaps it's best to wait until RestoreX becomes available in EU to spare you the hassle.
