hello again. new lump

Hi everyone. It's been a while since the last time I visited the forum. I really needed a rest in my mind.
It seemed Peyronies Disease was stabilized, I mean no more curve and no more pain at the curve area (Althoug pelvic mesh is still with me: hard flaccid, penile pain here and there, perineal pain, weird uncontrollable semi erections etc.)

Couple weeks ago I noticed a new lump, like a lentil size, located 1 inch below the glans, not centered, more to the right. Not curvature.
Three days ago it started to pain constantly while flaccid and erected.

I've just started the classic oral treatment:
- 3x 400mg pentox
- 1x 2,5mg cialis
- other supplements (ALCAR, Tumeric, Coq10, magnesium...)

Is there any other thing that has recently come out?

I will not do traction nor VED. I deeply regret I did that in the first flare up. I got HF after that and seems will never go away. I hope I don't develop curvature so I won't be so dessesperate to try traction again.
