I was doing kegels with intense force and the base of my penis became thicker immediately afterwards. The bottom half of my penis is thicker than the top half.

I don't feel any pain. It just looks weird. It looks kind of deformed. Condoms will not stay at the base of my penis. They always roll up to the middle of my penis where it gets thinner.

Has anyone ever heard of this?
What is actually going on anatomically?
Do you have any ideas for treatment?
Any advice on how I can keep a condom at the base?

It looks similar to what is called the "hourglass," but I don't think it's the same thing because apparently the hourglass is a result of thinning.

My penis also bends to the left where the thickness ends and there is scar tissue where the thickness is. This was diagnosed as peyronies.

Doing kegels and that result is a normal thing. The other part about the condom is not very clear. Are you trying to put them on with no erection? I don't think so, but... I'm confused.

And welcome aboard!

No, I put the condom on with an erection.

Thank you
