Zero post peyronie erection

Since I had my second peyronie plate, near the head of the penis, dorsal part. I absolutely have no erection. It's like my penis died.
When flaccid, it shrinks practically disappearing.
I feel like my penis is being strangled by pressure.
When I use cialis it improves flaccidity, it becomes more expansive. But zero erection.
My curvature is not great, a maximum of 30°.
I don't understand what could be happening.
I wish it would go back to normal after the inflammatory phase. I have 4 months with new plate. but I find it hard to get back to normal.

I did Ved for a few days but I think the curvature got worse. so i stopped. Maybe the plaque affected the nerve.
