Stuck under my leg

Hi all,
Today I'm discussing a problem I have that unfortunately I think may be unique to me. Yayyy lucky me lol. Anyways.

So one of the biggest problems that I'm only now identifying other than pain. Is when I am sitting or laying and I get an erection. This can be especially troubling when driving for obvious reasons. The torsion  from my penis plus the upward curve makes a perfect hook to grab my leg with. It's very troubling because sometimes I feel like if I were to move I would injure something so I wait till the erection to subside.


Does anyone have this? And are there any solutions for it.

Because I have a curve up when I'm lying down or sitting my penis is often under torsion to the left about 90°+

Now this isn't really a problem except for my penis wanting to grab my inner leg of my left leg and wedge itself there.
