I can only attest to the fact that I have regained a lot of my lost length and my curvature is slowly improving. I have been in the chronic stage for about over a year now I guess. I still do traction and VED about 4 days out of the week.

Vit E400mg, COQ10, Heat Therapy, Penimaster, Pentox, Cialis, Restorex
SNHL 7/2020 - Stopped all Meds because ototoxicity  Heat/traction/VED are working. CPPS Diagnosis - Stable :)

Gained back all my lost length within a few months with RestoreX as far as I can tell. I'm probably either still in the acute phase or just coming out of it. Curve and narrowing seems to be worsening at this point though.

Hey Rex, considering your age have you considered an implant? The fact that the curve and narrowing is getting worse is not good, not so much the curve but moreso the narrowing which is very difficult to treat. At your age I would go for the implant so I could save time bothering with traction and VED.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Hi,
I can definitely testify that regaining length is possible. Reducing the curvature, however, is more difficult and takes time (if at all possible beyond a certain point).

Traction is the best non-invasive method for both regaining length and reducing curvature. Using a VED and being on an anti-inflammatory diet helps to reduce the inflammation at least, and might be something that can keep it from getting worse, but be advised that this is something that will likely take months so just keep at it.

Thanks all. I'll keep consistent with it all then and report back later if I regain!

Hi Sonic, yeah I'll consider the surgeon's advice in October when I (finally) see him. The good thing about retirement is there's plenty of time, and a 30-minute traction while playing video games is no biggie. I've backed off the VED quite a bit, though, as suction seems harsh IMO. Yeah, the narrowing worries me regarding the hinge effect. But my wife & I are careful.
