plaque has moved over the years

I contracted Peyronies in Oct., 2019. I've taken most of the supplements recommended on the Forum, particularly L-Arginine. My doctor gave me a total of 12 Verapamil shots. I've used some traction, VED, heat treatments, and Thacker's formula with DMSO. So I'm not sure which treatments helped the most, but my condition has changed. The plaque used to be near where the penis joins the body and resulted in an upward curvature of about 85 degrees. Over time, the plaque seemed to change and move during the course of treatments. By a year ago it had moved upwards - just under the glans. Although I believe the plaque is about the same size, its location results in only the head being curved (about 30 degrees upward) and the shaft is fairly straight. Although it is not perfect, it allowed me to start having intercourse again. While this is fantastic, it would be great to get rid of it entirely- It's been stable at this location for the past year. The various strategies I employed in the past seem not to be effective at this stage. It does make intercourse a bit tricky at times, but I'm thankful I can do it at all.

Has anyone else had this "movement" or progression of the plaque upwards? I couldn't find mention of it on the forum. Any suggestions for continued improvement.

I would guess your first plaque which was close to the base dissappeared and you gained new plaque close to the head. I have not seen a study or ever heard that plaque can move or change positions like this. It's most likely just that the first plaque went away or softened and at the same time you aquired new scarring.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

What Sonic has stated is correct. Plaques do not move but rather remain the same or shrink in size or disappear completely. You had a new plaque form near your glans and give you new/different curvature. What you were doing to start with could have very well helped eliminate your first plaque. Also with a 30 degree curvature intercourse is doable in certain positions.

I had a curve half way the shaft. Then it disappeared. I was very much relieved. Then after a week or so a new one, just below the glans appeared. A bit more than 30 degrees. It didn't disappear this time. I'm using the restorex now. First three weeks I have been experimenting to get it right. Recently I started counting. I will know the results in 12 weeks.

I've never heard of plaques moving.  Uro says I have six, I can feel five of them.

Good luck!

My plaque started a year ago with a 1/2" sized long one at the base. Then a small round one further up. About 6 months later some small bumps popped up along the larger plaque. Then recently the smaller plaque grew to about 3/8" round and started a new dent. Starting to corkscrew and veer right now.

My point is there's no rule that it has to stop developing. The "acute" and "chronic" phases are undefined as far as time goes. And recurrence happens too.
