So I recently bought a one cylinder VED, and I am very excited about it I have used it for about 2 weeks so obviously there are not any big changes yet. I do feel an improvement erection quality after using it which is really nice!

So my questions is, how long does it take to see results in terms of correcting deformity? I mainly suffer from loss of girth since the curve is not really there an more due to traction.

And would you recommend taking a day off in between? I'm currently doing the 15-min session protocol but im not pumping to max and is it even necessary to do that? Thanks, I wish you all luck on your path to recovery!

In following the protocol here from the forum you are within a safe range for 15 minutes a day. As long as you are not experiencing any pain you could literally do it 5 times a week and take a couple of days break in between. I usually do 4 days o VED then take 1 or 2 days off then 4 days back on type of schedule. Everyone is different and ou need to find out how your body is responding. I did have girth improvements after about 3 to 4 months but keep in mind that I am also doing traction from the Restorex. So it is difficult to say if VED was the reason for my girth improvements or is it a combination of both therapies. Erection improvements happen pretty fast with VED for a lot of guys. Remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint.

Great to hear that you saw improvement with consistent use! I think im gonna try to do it 5 times a week then and see how it goes. Do you ever pump to full erection? I have not done that yet since i dont feel comfortable about it, I like to take it slow. Like you said it's slow progress. And yes traction could also play a factor in your recovery but for now im gonna stick to VED.

Thank you for the reply!

I think traction ved and Cialis has helped prevent my curve from getting any worse. Maybe it will help my narrowing down the road. I'm optimistic. I have never been able to get my penis fully erect with the soma ved. The ved will begin sucking up the base skin and ball sack and then it gets painful. So I never pump further. I honestly don't understand how people can use this thing to get hard enough for penetration even with the constriction ring.

I often wonder if I should go in hard then pump a few times for a slight stretch

I would not suggest going in hard then pumping for VED as you could injure yourself with the negative pressure being exerted. Also pumping to a full erection does take a little time for some men perhaps relating to their blood flow etc...
