If I was to put my thumb and index finger in a ok sign position and move it up from the base of my penis towards the glans, when I get towards the middle of the penis theres like a pea sized lump in the middle of the shaft, which feels different from the plaque on the right of my penis.

A hard pea sized lump in the middle of penis. Does everyone have this or is this a issue of mine?

I am travelling right now and finding it hard to talk to my urologist back home so I am asking here incase I get a reply before I find a urologist in real life who specialises in this stuff/peyronies.

went from a slight 30dg bend at glans to whole thing being deformed/loss of length over a year.

I don't think this pea sized tissue is "normal" and is probably unique to you. But it doesn't mean that it is a problem or anything to worry about.

Yeah I do think a lot like, before peyronies I really paid no attention to my penis and massaging it and figuring out how it all feels etc so it might have been there forever...
