Does L-carnitine oil/cream help numbness or regain penis sensitivity? Or would it not help with sensation loss from peyronie's plaque? Saw some people on reddit saying it helped them, but not sure if it would help people with hard/flaccid or peyronies. Anyone tried it?
Rough masturbation swollen penile trauma. Flaccid/semi erect curving left more & more. Painful hard flaccid, very small most of the day in pain. Went flaccid during sex but continued causing Peyronies Disease. Major pain, ED, numbness. Frequent urination.

Definitely will not help with hard flaccid as that is a nerve and muscle related problem.

When it comes to hard flaccid. Many people get improvement by doing various stretching routines/relaxation techniques but the only thing that ever helps me are prolonged fasts going days only drinking water. I do not know why but when doing that everything in my pelvic region seems to calm down and relax, get much more normal flaccid hang rather than shriveled up and retracted.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

There are no creams or lotions that are going to penetrate deep within the penis to do anything. Now I will say for keeping the penile skin healthy and elastic there are various lotions and oils to do that.
