So in short, speaking to a urologist is well and all but I am interested in having hour long conversations with a therapist who specialise in Peyronies Disease or something along the sort of not being able to use your penis.

I've reached out to a couple Sexual Health Therapists today so will see how that goes but wondering if anyone here would greatly recommend any therapists to speak to on these subjects?

There are individuals who specialize in sexual counseling/therapy. Now when it comes to incorporating peyronies into the conversation you may just share your real feelings with the counselor as I'm sure they have heard it all. You may benefit from discussing this with a complete outsider who has a license to do so.  I do not personally know of anyone individual who specializes in this, but they do exist. Sexual medicine for some may be a bit squeamish and difficult to discuss. I know it is very difficult for a lot of men who come here to discuss their peyronies, but it is no different from having a diseased toe or a crippled hand.
