Traction Device and Pearly Penile Papules / Tyson Glands

Hi guys,

I have a doubt. Can the traction devices cause Pearly Penile Papules / Tyson Glands on the glans? I'm using some talcum powder on the glans because the talcum helps to remove the elastic tape of gland. Using the elastic tape without talcum powder the elastic tape stays glued on the glans, dificulting to remove the elastic tape.

I saw one video where the guys share this tip of using talcum powder on the glans.
