So it just sounds like you may be having erection problems/concerns. Here you can read about it and see other members success stories. Tadalafil is usually the first line of defense when it comes to erection problems or call it, ED. Now VED therapy is also successful when it comes to erections. Study up and possibly get into your Dr if you are wanting to try the medication route. Hopefully you do not have peyronies as this is the main focus of this forum but we are happy to have you as part of our community.

If you haven't already discussed it with your doctor, that should be your first step. I recommend a full blood workup to see where your testosterone levels are. If pain is involved, that's also reason to see a doctor. Sildenifil and Tadalafil are easily available by prescription or other means.
