To be clear, I am not a doctor or healthcare professional of any kind.  I am not affiliated with The Phoenix company in any way shape or form.  They are not paying me to say any of this here or anywhere else.  I've had peyronies for about a year now and after going through multiple useless trips to urologists, paying for it out of pocket, going through a period of depression and even struggling with suicidal thoughts over this nonsense, I decided to give The Phoenix a try.  To be even more clear, I am not naive.  I'm a cynical, pessimistic a-hole in a lot of ways who doesn't really believe in much anymore.  I had no illusions of it working and figured if it did anything at all it would be a win.  Worst case scenario, I figured if it did nothing at all, I would stick with the treatment schedule religiously for 75 days and if there was no change I would take advantage of their 90 day return policy and hopefully get my money back.  I do not claim that it will help everyone, my Peyronies is different from many others, I think, in that it is located in a different area of the penis and my curvature is minimal.  I could still have sex, it was just very painful.  Painful enough that it was difficult to maintain an erection and was becoming a deterrent to me wanting to have sex in the first place, much to the dismay of my wife.
I have only done 2 treatments with the Phoenix and I swear on my life that I could notice a difference after the first treatment. My wife agreed, she was skeptical at first as well and was completely amazed at the noticeable difference after the first day.   The plaque build up, which had grown to about the size of a pencil eraser, was noticeably smaller.  After the 2nd treatment, about 24 hours ago from the time i wrote this thread, I can barely even feel it. And even better, I had pain free sex for the first time in a year. I'm not sure what it even does, I don't understand the technology behind it, but the sensation and sound it gives, I would compare it to a tiny hand held jackhammer on your shlong. Sounds painful and I was a little apprehensive at first, but even though it did feel kind of funny at first, it didn't hurt.  In fact the 2nd treatment actually made me hard, which they say is normal. It is loud.  and it takes about 15 minutes to do it.  I'm not sure where or when I'm going to continue to do this when my children are home next week, it's that loud.
I do not know if this will last long term.  It may very well come back next week. I do not know the long term effects of this device but my dick was already broken so I'm not sure how it can get much worse. If it extends my sex life even one year then it was money well spent in my mind.  i intend to continue updating my progress over the next few weeks here on this thread to let everyone know how it works.  Please ask any questions you want and I'll do my best to answer them in a timely manner.  If you've read this far and are considering buying the Phoenix, I also googled a promo code for it.  Not sure I've ever had any luck with promo codes before but I tried SALUTE300 and it actually worked, took $300 off!  Good luck.

So it is great if this device is giving you some relief. You are one of the few who actually do and I ask just how much did you fork out for this? Also when you were diagnosed with peyronies did you have an ultrasound? Have you also tried any of the forums treatments with traction and VED? The Cialis will definitely help you. Keep us updated.

The device was $800.  Because I'm that guy that always has to have the upgrades and shiny new things, I opted for the extra package that offered an optional tip for the device, a large supply of their lubricant, lidocaine wipes for an additional $127, and with tax it was $1,006.  The promo code I found knocked it down to $706.  Not cheap, and i"m not wealthy, which is why I waited so long to purchase.  In the end I decided that even if they screwed me out of getting my money back by returning, it was worth a shot. a bit of a gamble for sure, and I'm not trying to convince anyone else to try it.  Just documenting my own experience with it.

No ultrasound. In order for my insurance to cover urologist visits I would have to have a referral from a dr first, which I didn't obtain.  So I was paying out of pocket for all of this as of now.  My next step after this is, if it ends up being a bust, is to go to dr, beg them for a referral to a urologist somewhere that actually has treated peyronies before and will at least pretend to help me.  I live in an extremely sparsely populated part of the United States and have already traveled 100's of miles to see the only 3 urologists that would even see me, and they were absolutely useless.  One of them wouldn't even examine me. Compared to money I've completely wasted in urologist visits due to time missed from work, gas, and the bills, this device is a bargain.

No traction. I've only recently read about heat treatment but if anyone is worried about long term effects of a treatment, well that worries me more than the phoenix.

No injections, I've read more negative effects of this than good and I'm not keen on the thought of sticking needles in my johnson. This would be a last option.

I was taking vitamins, COQ10, and haven't noticed any change.  I am starting this up again and will be more dedicated to taking proper amounts daily than I was.

another possibility with my treatment is that it isn't actually peyronie's?  I've read many times that it's impossible for the scar tissue/plaque build up to disappear as fast as mine has, so I guess it's possible that I had/have something else, an inflammation of some kind?  A urologist diagnossed me with Peyronie's, but I also believe there is 10 times more information, experience, and knowledge about Peyronie's right here on this forum than in the world of urology.  So i could have been misdiagnosed.  all I know is that there was a hard lump in my dick, started out small and got progressively bigger for about 6-9 months and then stayed the same, makes for painful erections, no curvature because it's just below the head of the penis,  but there definitely would be if the lump was located farther down from the head of my dick, and that the lump is almost non-existent now after only 2 treatments with the Phoenix. Considering a pump to help with blood flow but my fragile ego hasn't allowed me to dive into the world of penis pumps yet.   ;D

10 days later and plaque build up, while still detectable, is noticeably smaller than when I started treatments.  Sex has been mostly pain free.  I was a little bit sore after the last treatment so i am watching that closely during next treatments.  The Phoenix has a built in timer that will lock itself off for 36 hours after every use so you can't do treatments more often than recommended.  Still not sure what to make of it.  It seems like a gimmick, but there is no doubt it has helped my situation.

Have experienced new pain in a different area than the originally diagnosed peyronies.  Painful enough that I've been unable to maintain an erection.  No idea if it's related to the use of The Phoenix but likely in my mind, considering that's the only thing I've changed in my regimen.  Stopping treatment immediately to see what happens.  New pain is located below the head of penis, directly in the center.  So disappointed.

Probably a stupid question but is it possible for the scar tissue buildup to move?

I have never heard of scar tissue moving to other places like that if anything it will probably be newly formed plaque, not saying that is the case but again, plaque can't move like that.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.

Scar tissue will never move from one place to another . It will sometimes shrink up, become more elastic and sometimes disappear completely as each man is different.

Thanks, I didn't figure it would/could move. I don't understand how the original scar tissue can almost disappear entirely, cause very little to no pain now, and now all of a sudden I have new lump, more intense pain in a different area.

I have had similar experiences with a plaque appearing then disappearing about 4 months later. It is a very mysterious unpredictable disease.

I was ecstatic in the first couple of weeks, appeared to be working.  AFter a few sessions though it was causing me more pain than before. Lump has returned and is at least as large as before, possibly worse.  After reading countless bad reviews about it and how it can possibly have adverse effects I gave up and returned the Phoenix.  Only good thing was that the company was fine to work with and gave me a full refund.  F**ck Peyronies

It is good that you got your money back. It is bad if it made things worse. Why don't you try some traction and VED therapy?  Also keep in mind that this is a marathon and not a race. If shockwave therapy really was curing men from peyronies as they claim, then millions of men would be investing in this device and forking over their cash.

Well... At least you were honest. Unfortunately, this is what the evidence has been saying for the longest time. Shockwave just doesn't work.

At least you tried and hopefully your condition doesn't worsen more.
