When do plaques appear?

I saw a urologist and he palpated me and said he couldn't feel anything. I've been poking around too, but I don't even know what I'm looking for.

At this point I've had pretty constant flaccid pain for over a month.

Try to go to a dermatologist and let me know. I've been dealing with something similar. Also, if you're uncut, is your glans dryer than it used to? Do you feel burning or itching?
