Pain suddenly gone.

And I'm kind of freaking out.

I've been having 24/7 flaccid pain for exactly one month. Today started the same -- woke up, had pain, went to a psych appointment, and then on the drive home ... suddenly no pain. When I got home I whipped my dick out and tried to figure out what was different, and when I started to get a semi-erection, it looked like it was bending deep to the left.

If you've seen my post history, I literally just posted a photo of my penis yesterday and it was perfectly straight (just painful). Unfortunately I don't know if today it would've straightened out if I got a full erection, because the moment I saw the bend I freaked out and went limp. The anxiety is making it extremely hard-flaccid right now (see photo) and the "strangled hourglass" shape isn't making me feel any better. There's no way I'm gonna be able to get an erection anytime soon while I'm having panic attacks.

I guess I'm in the chronic phase. It's just so odd how the pain suddenly switched off, like a light switch. It's just numb now.

Flaccid pain since 5 Jun '23. Flaccid indent. Fills out. Huge veins.
First ultrasound in Aug. I bounce between theories what it is.
Celexa for depression/anxiety.

Pain can disappear immediately or gradually as we are all different. Your hour glassing appearance may fill out with an erection. One thing that will not help you is the anxiety which you are dealing with. Have you thought of meditation and relaxation exercises? Possibly some temporary meds to help you through this time on your life?

I got set up with Citalopram (Celexa) at the psych appointment. But that's gonna take 1-2 months to kick in, so I'm messaging my doc for something faster acting in the meantime.

Is stable phase supposed to make your penis numb? Or is that just the Hard-Flaccid? All the sensations are dead rn.
