Well, any other effects than wished for. Like impotence for example. New curves etc. Any effect unwanted.

I am not sure how you would actually track documented associated side effects from coincidental type side effects.

Following are the documented side effects associated with Xiaflex:
Common side effects

Peripheral edema
Injection site sequelae
Pain in extremities
Pain in penis
Penile hematoma
Edema of penis
Dyspareunia
Ecchymosis
Pruritus of skin
Lymphadenopathy
Lacerations

Dent-n-curve

Well, after my first set of injections, I was able to enjoy a terrifying balloon like hematoma, and a couple weeks later, the hematoma has mostly cleared,  but I now have some bumps under the skin around the location of the injections. "Nodules"?

Trying to find any further info about that while waiting on a reply from my doc. Are these common?  Do they go away over time?
Peyronies began mid 2022 as pain, dent, curve toward dent, then waisting/hinging into upward curve. Xiaflex w Dr. Carrion, round 4 completed 12/23. Some improvement, but still more curved than penis 1.0. Maintaining w Pentox, Cialis, + Restorex.

I had some hematomas also. My last injection (Trost) was Jan 31. I did contact the doctor about them and he said that was common and they would subside eventually. They did, all but one. I have a lump\nodule, kinda big, at the inside area of the bend. It's not hard. But noticeable when erect. Visually and feeling. It doesn't bother me during sex. And I'm happy and much straighter. If I remember, Dr. Trost said it can take a year to completely heal. But, don't quote me that. I'm about 6 months past. So maybe my last one will subside eventually.
age 62. Onset 2010. 30deg to the left
Did ved therapy for 6 mo. Some help. Lived with it.
In 2020, left bend increased 50-60
Jan 2023 Did some Xiaflex shots w/ Dr. Trost.
Now, slight curve with hourglassing. hardly noticeable.
Pleased with results.
