Hello gentlemen. I'm doing intermittent fasting where I only eat between noon and 6. I've been taking my first batch of supplements when I wake up around 6 am. Lately I've been wondering if it's unhealthy to take these supps on an empty stomach? Do you think it'd be better to take them at noon?

Thanks!

I know that L citruline and Arginine can be taken on empty stomach. I do not know why you are combining both. L-Citrulline on its own is more than enough. 3-5g dosage a day. Vitamin D is a fat soluble and should never be taken on an empty stomach, always with food and preferably someting with fat.

Cant comment on the rest. Only that I have taken high quality pine bark in the past and also vitamin E.

For me they were completely useless in terms of helping with Peyronies or ED..

Thanks for the insight. So arginine is unnecessary if taking citrulline. What about carnitine?

Yes and carnitine for Peyronies is useless.

As long as you can tolerate the side effects, I haven't read anything against it. It's a matter of helping you not feel lightheaded or dizzy.

Ok so it doesn't help directly with peyronie's? Sounds like what you guys are saying is that Citrulline is the only one that's good for peyronie's directly...? Thanks again.

Edit: the survival guide says: "I would add to this over-the-counter L-Arginine 1,000 - 5,000 mg a day. L-Arginine is a vasodilator that can help by itself but works synergistically with PDE5 Inhibitors like Cialis, Levitra, etc."

Arginine or Citrulline?

Citruline is not really ''directly'' for Peyronies. It improves bloodflow in body by increasing nitric oxide in the blood, this will help with better erections, better erections is key to not lose size in length or girth.

Citruline gives you higher amounts of nitric oxide levels in blood than arginine. Citruline is superior. Make sure it is pure L-Citruline and not the malate version. I have never tried Ginkgo but also heard this greatly improves blood flow. The rest, honest to god, is waste of money and time for nothing.

Best oral supplements to take for this is L-Citruline and if you want you can combine it with a daily 2.5 or 5 mg tadalafil, or if you prefer 50mg Sildenafil a day.

Supplements to combat this issue is a waste of time. It will never work and that is a fact. The only things that do work are the things that help you get the firmest erections you can and those are the ones mentioned above.

Might have ruined your plan but someone needed to tell you this so you don't go waste your cash on a bunch of bs.

Citruline and Sildenafil or Tadalafil.

Pine bark and coq10, especially pine bark is a very good supplement for overall health. I've taken that with a high quality brand for a 6 month period, it gives real good benefits for health but for peyronies it will do jack sh!t. I eventually stopped buying it due to it's high price.

That goes for coq10 as well. There was really only one study made on coq10 in regards to peyronies, that study made people go buy it and mention it on every forum as an oral supplement. Turned out the one responsible for that study had made multiple false studies with made up statistics and falsified evidence.
