How much length and perimeter have you lost because of ED?

I have been ill for more than three months now, and it should be a leaky vein. 6.3 inches × 5 inches. No dimensional loss has occurred yet. But for various reasons (youth and lack of funds), I had to postpone the operation until six years later. How many sizes will I lose in these years? Is there anyone with experience to answer this question? Thank you.
