I have had my implant for 9 years. Everything was great until about 4 months ago when I got it again. Does anyone know how to treat peyronie's when you have an implant? Right now I'm just making it erect often and while I sleep to prevent shrinkage and to break up plaques. I'm also applying heat therapy. If I don't keep it erect while I sleep, it gets so bad the next day.

Sorry to hear about what you are going through.
I don't recall any guys discussing a problem similar to yours.
I think I would go back to the guy that did your implant and ask him.
By the way, please place your age, type of implant, year done, etc. in your signature section. It will help future correspondence more understanding, knowing this information.
Stay in touch.

Sorry to hear that you're still having trouble post implant. Was there a specific injury you recall or anything that led to it or it just started hurting?

This is news to me although nothing is impossible I thought it was virtually impossible to get Peyronies with an implant in place. How do you know that it is peyronies and not some type of implant malfunction?

Curvekiller94: It Feels Exactly the same it did when I first got peyronies. There is no implant malfunction as that is working fine. Just pain and plaque formations and hourglassing. But hourglassing and plaques are fading due to keeping it at full pump while I sleep. It seems to be breaking up the plaques and keeping it from getting worse. My main symptoms are tightness and pain. The same pain I experienced before the implant.
Stepone: Unfortunately, I can't go back to the same doctor because I moved out of state.
I do remember reading a post about the time I got the implant with a fellow that had gotten peyronie's post implant as well. So I guess I'm just one of those lucky ones

Could you put your implant date, type of device, doctor, etc in your signature?
It will help everyone understand what's going on.

I know there was a big list on here. Perhaps the moderator can point you to it.
His screen is pfract.
I think it's the 2nd item down on implants.
It's called index.
There used to be a big list of all the surgeons by state.

Thanks for the Doctor's list and recommendations. I will keep you posted. Right now I'm just doing full pump at night to prevent curve and reduce plaques. It's painful as all hell. Also doing Vitamin E as GPLC seems to give me diarrhea and bothers stomach

Honestly your post terrifies me. I've gone from having a 7 inch penis both erect and flaccid to having about an inch flaccid. I've lost everything and was just now supposed to get an implant. They assured me it would not get worse after implant. Need to show Dr your post.
Peyronies Disease December 2015.
Caused by Reactive Arthritis, November 2015.
Length before erect: 7.2in
Girth before erect: 6.5in? Just a guess. Was 5.9 after loosing girth/having hourglass and first measuring.
Length erect. 6.2in
Girth erect: 4.1

Also terrified when I get implant, if I keep erect like you, it will result in penile erosion and you'll have to get it taken out
