Can forced erections for 10 minutes each morning and evening prevent possible atrophy caused by ED?

Sorry, English is not my native language. So I had to use Google Translate to communicate with everyone. It can be full of mistakes and miswording.
I suffer from a vein leak. So I had to take tadalafil, watch pornography, and masturbate to get an erection. As soon as these behaviors are stopped, the penis weakens rapidly.

So it seems to me you may have Erectile Dysfunction, and maybe you don't have Peyronies.

Which is more likely to cause atrophy in erectile dysfunction or Peyronie's disease? The relationship between them confused me.Haha

I had a combination. I had venous leak and Peyronie's Disease. I think the venous leak caused my Peyronies. I was having sex one day with spouse and because my penis would lose its erection, my penis bent and after that developed the Peyronie's.
My penis would only stay hard for a while and then start losing its hardness.
The implant fixed that.

I don't understand where you are getting that your penis will atrophy. Neither Peyronies nor ED will cause your penis to atrophy. You need to get to the cause of your Erectile Dysfunction. There are many factors that can cause ED. To maintain penile health I would recommend the use of a Vacuum Erection Device (VED). We have a whole board from the main forum page dedicated to the use of VEDs for penile health.

Many of us have tried all sorts of remedies over the years to fix the problems with our penises. We try these for a variety of reasons. Some are:
1. We share with a friend and they say do this.
2. We read something online and we think that could work.
3. We go to a poorly trained urologist and they give us bad information.
I did all the above, but what eventually helped me was learning from this site many of the choices and ramifications of those choices and then finding an excellent surgeon that could actually verify what the problem was and possible solutions. Of course it's always good to get a second opinion.
I think if I were you, knowing what I know now, I would definitely find an excellent urologist/surgeon and get some testing/diagnosis of what the actual problem is and share with us and we can share what we know.
I hope you can move forward with this.
