What it can be?

Hello friends
I have opened a few topics in the forum before, but now I can express my problem more clearly.
In the last month of 2022, the slight burning that started in the area I marked with red in the picture suddenly left its place to pain and stiffness.

In this process, thinking that I might have broken my penis, I went to MRI, but I had an anxiety attack in the device and came out despite trying 3 times.
I did not have an ultrasound, but I think I will.

My question is this:

It has been about 6 months and when my penis is in a flaccid state, especially if I touch the left side, there is no problem, but on the right side, where I marked it in red, there is officially a small swelling like a ball, but superficial, not like a marble.

The interesting thing is that if I masturbate with my right hand and hold it there, this pain and slight burning increases, but if I do it with my left hand, if I do not use the right side, I do not experience this pain much.

I have been suffering from this problem for about 6 months and this situation has remained this way because urologists only know sexual diseases and I cannot enter MR.

Another interesting issue is that sometimes that swelling softens completely and it is almost completely smooth and bumps-free like the left side.

How could this be? Could this be a fracture? I really don't understand what happened.

The starting point started with a slight burning at the scene of the incident, and then the stiffness I mentioned occurred. Unfortunately, there is pain if I masturbate and if I masturbate using my right hand for a long time (if I somehow aggravate it), then that right side swells, hardens and hurts.

I hope this is something that will pass over time, my psychology is incredibly disturbed. I always try to keep myself calm, but it's really unbelievable...

Does it only hurt while flaccid, what about when you have an erection?

It is more palpable when it is flaccid and yes, I can say that it hurts a little more when it is flaccid. When I have an erection, if I use my hand from that side or if I do not use lubricant, there may still be pain, but I can say that it is less when I have an erection.

According to your experience, I hope it is not a bad thing and please let it be something that will pass at the end of 1 year.

what could it be in your experience?

If it was broken, wouldn't it heal in such a time? I can't understand whether blood accumulated or something else happened there. When it is flaccid, sometimes it disappears completely and then there is no pain, sometimes if I masturbate hard and it comes back for a long time and stays there for at least 2-3 days and causes very mild mild pain.

I couldnt go to mri again because my nose if stuffy and i can not breathe inside MRİ machine because of my stuffy nose plus anxiety.

I will definelety go with sedative thing and try it again.

My main problem is i want to explain ;

There is a feeling like nodule in side my right side of my dick. It is right side of shaft.

https://www.hizliresim.com/b4u8bom

Here in picture i take it from black circle.

If i touch it it still pains after 6 months.

It is not more visible when fully erect but when fully flaccid , the left side is so soft like normal skin , but if i touch right side it feels like '' finger knuckle ''

I mean i palpate it and i press with my finger little bit and i feel like a finger knuckle or like nodule

If i masturbate without lube, it will get hardening and swelling on the right side. If i dont touch it or half erect it will feel soft or maybe like shrink.

What do you think guys ? How can this possible ? It it plaque or fracture or rupture? I could not live with this problem. I eat myself every single day.

Hey Radeon.

It's hard to say what it could be. You having anxiety attacks on the MRI machine don't help you at all. You have to work through that.

Maybe you can get an ultrasound? Regardless, you need to work with a doctor that is experienced in sexual matters.

But this is not a fracture, by what you described. IMHO.

yes pfract thank you for your comment i so badly need to get MRI asap

ok what do you think is it? I mean do you have any guess about my problem?

You are experienced i know that about these kind of problems..

Is it can be mondor's disaese or peyronies or like ruptured or damaged vein something like that.

I hate myself to dont enter that mri machine for 6 months. I always waited for it to pass with itself but its not :(

I went to MRI and stand 45 min there yesterday. I am waiting for the results. I take sedative for stay there.

This is the hardest thing in my life to stay there with my clogged nose.

I am waiting for results. I hope they will say we can solve your problem.. I am waiting the results with very anxious..

19.07.2023, 16:09, MR, Penis (3.0T)

PENIS MRI EXAMINATION

The integrity of the penis is maintained. The corpus Cavernosum and corpus spongiosum were evaluated as normal.

The diameter and course of the penile urethra are normal.

No significant inflammation, abscess, collection, space-occupying lesion or post-traumatic pathology were detected.

The bladder was evaluated as normal with partial fullness.

The testicular structures included in the imaging with the partial examination protocol are normal. No obvious mass formation, space-occupying lesion, inflammation-signs of infection were detected. Hydrocele was not monitored.

Result:

Examination within normal limits.

Edit: They made it in flaccid state and they dont use contrast drug. But its closed mri and 3.0 tesla so i think it can show everything possible.

friends, the radiology doctor's report is as above, looking at the images, the probability of writing incorrect results is very low, I think if there was a fracture or torn condition, at least I think they would definitely say something. the device is a 3.0 tesla and I stayed inside for almost 45 minutes, completed it without problems, and they have enough images. According to this result, we still don't know the cause of the swelling and pain on the right side, but it's definitely not a fracture, I think we can at least say that?

You should be very happy and calm. The MRI has detected nothing abnormal so just calm down and relax.

Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Yes, he says so, but the swelling and pain on his right side still occurs from time to time.
I'm also wondering if there is a possibility that something was missed in the mr. Or that the radiologist misinterpreted it, or that the problem was so small that he didn't write it in the result.

Especially the middle part of the penis seems to be swollen and the base seems thinner. But I cannot fully understand whether this is due to the swelling of the middle or the loss of circumference at the base.

There is a doctor who I think has knowledge about Peyronie's, and he asked me for the MRI. Let me make an appointment with him and go to him with the result, let him see me physically, let's see what he will say, I think this is the most logical thing I can do right now.

But although it says there is no problem, there is a physical problem that I both see with my eyes and feel. Very interesting

I think you are disregarding the MRI report due to stress.  At this point, you have:

An MRI report that shows nothing
Your penis is functional and well within normal curvature, size, etc
Your bump disappears at times.  Plaque does NOT come and go.

I understand that you sometimes feel a bump when you are flaccid and that you have some pain.  We cannot diagnose that over the forum even if we were Peyronies specialists.  Since we are not medical professionals, it does no good for us to guess.  I would follow this general advice.

1. Stop stressing.  It will only worsen any physical problem
2. Live a healthy life (sleep, diet, moderate exercise, no smoking, alcohol)
3. Do not masturbate in a way that causes ANY discomfort and don't do anything else that causes discomfort
4. Find a GOOD sexual health doctor
5. try warm baths and an anti-inflammatory diet along with a few supplements mentioned in the Survival Guide
