Does anyone have a reduction of pain in the penis when going from flaccid to erect.

I've had constant flaccid pain but when I induce an erection. The pain is somewhat reduced and is no where as bad with the erection it's almost like a numbing type of feeling.

And after I lose the hard on my flaccid pain is also reduced for a duration of time as well.

Are these in line with Peyronies symptoms.
I may be an outlier because I'm only 21 so idk.

I read a medical journal that noted that younger men with Peyronies have been shown to have more intense and longer lasting pain.

Peyronies can affect everyone differently and yes this could be how your system is reacting to this. The one thing that younger men have in their favor is that they can heal faster then us older gents.

Yep. For the past 2 weeks (when this all started) I've had constant flaccid pain. But when I get an erection, it fades. Also, when I wake up in the morning it seems like there's not much pain.

I've seen like 5 doctors so far and they've all had different ideas. One said Peyronie's, one said irritated blood vessels, and one said overuse injury. A urologist palpated my flaccid penis and said he didn't feel any lumps or plaques, and assured me that whatever is wrong, it's nothing serious. That should be comforting but the fact is that I'm in pain and no one knows why. I've got an ultrasound scheduled 3 months from now.

I've tried Advil, Prednisone, and Celebrex with no real difference. I've started to consider that maybe part of the pain is psychosomatic, since the more I think about it, the worse it seems to get. But then sometimes weird crap happens like I get a semi-erection, look down, and the middle part of my penis isn't inflating at all. The top half and bottom half are engorged, but the middle part is clenched up and wrinkled.

In my head I've been ping-ponging between different causes, like hourglassing Peyronie's, Hard Flaccid Syndrome, nerve damage, and broken veins. The bad part is none of those problems have clear treatments. It's pretty depressing.
27.
Masturbated a lot (5+ hours) for years. Possible fracture as a teen, never treated.
Flaccid pain since 5 Jun '23. Flaccid indent. Fills out. Huge veins.
First ultrasound in Aug. I bounce between theories what it is.
Celexa for depression/anxiety.

I would say that if you haven't tried it yet look into heat therapy. When I was in a lot of pain flaccid or erect I started using a heating pad on low with a towel in between. I would check the temp to be sure it was 104 or less and then have 30 minute sessions several times a day. I can say that it did bring me a lot of relief and accelerated healing. It is worth looking into.
