Could I have unknowingly fractured my penis?

Q: is it possible to have a penile fracture but with no pain, blood, or bruising and little swelling after the event that disappeared?

Two months ago I injured my penis masturbating. I was anxious, feeling stressed and frustrated and was attempting to get hard by stroking my penis and watching porn. At the time I was not paying much attention to my pressure, hand movements, or how aggressively I must have been going at it. I wasn't getting an erection so I stopped and tried doing push ups. Later that day I was able to get an erection and did masturbate.

It wasn't until that night that I got another erection and noticed swelling at the top of my shaft on the left side below the glans. My anxiety kicked in and I started to google conditions and discovered Peyronie's disease and urologists with the soonest appointments. I didn't go to the ER since I didn't have pain, bleeding, no pop or cracking sound, and only experienced some swelling that night. Urologist I saw said my genitals were normal upon inspection and that it's not Peyronie's.

I saw a second Urologist and he said the same about everything normal but inflamed where the swelling was and that there is some trauma there. Recommended we wait three months for an ultrasound for everything to calm down and put me on pentoxifyllne.

Question is could this have been some sort of fracture that I didn't pay attention to? Is it possible to have a fracture that does follow the typical symptoms? Very anxious about the whole situation. Should I follow up with the Urologist and request we move up the Ultrasound date? I already saw him a week ago about possible hard-flaccid (trouble peeing, bowl movement, trouble with erections, pain and discomfort in rectum and perineum). He commented that I was anxious and recommend seeking psychiatric evaluation and PT for pelvic floor dysfunction or hard-flaccid. I agreed I was anxious, but who wouldn't be in this situation? Should I see a different urologist? Its hard to find any that specializes in trauma.

Thank you!

When someone has a penile fracture there is usually initial pain/popping sound etc... Then the pain can easily diminish with sometimes no deformity or just the opposite. You may have just slightly damaged your penis and should just leave it alone to let it heal. You should get an official diagnosis with an ultrasound. Have you taken any measurements of your penis? You need a baseline to start with to see if anything is actually changing. Also anxiety can do more damage in your mind and affect your overall health. Get a  hold onto this before it consumes you. Finally yes you could have CPPS and need to investigate this. There are online videos about this which show you how to do stretches and gentle rebuilding exercises to your pelvic region.

Thank you Mikel7! You are the calming voice of reason I need. Its been an intense rollercoaster since I injured myself and of course Googling does not help. Hence why I thought I could have had an atypical fracture without those signs. I rescheduled my doppler ultra sound to next week, instead of a month from now. Hopefully that can provide some peace of mind.

Yes googling can drive you insane. I can tell you that getting a clear diagnosis will give you a better understanding where you need to go form there. Also this forum will give you a community where you can educate yourself and find some guidance on your situation. Anxiety can do a lot of damage.
