Hi

I've seen it suggested that areas can be better targetted using a milking technique, but with no real description of what or how this is done.

Using the B cylinder for the last month, the bottom 3rd of my penis fills the chamber, but due to a very mild congenital upward curve, the middle of the penis simply doesn't fill the chamber, which translates to my problem area further up just not getting the kind of exposure to the vaccum that it needs.

Using the A chamber but "milking" I'm assuming I could have the vaccum only really affecting the problem area and above? Does this make sense? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Just looking for options.
