I had my 6 month Tadalafil follow up today.  I asked my uro to feel my main plaque because I felt it got thinner.  The plaque that gives me discomfort hasn't been!  He felt it and his eyes lit up and said "holy crap, yes it did!"  He continued to feel my penis and I really wasn't watching.  So I told him in my adult life I don't ever remember getting erections so effortlessly.  He looked up at me and said "yeah I can tell."  I didn't even realize I almost had a full erection!  That's never happened from any examination I've had from any doctor down there.  I said I told you and he laughed and said we'll keep you on the Tadalafil.

If any you can remember my last follow up he said in June he was going to ween me off of Tadalafil.  I was ready to plead my case to stay on it.  I told him about some shoulder pain I had that eased up with PT but was still a bit painful certain ways I stretched it.  I have no more pain in the last few months so I asked him if it's possible the Tadalafil helped and he said "it's absolutely possible!"

I read about the cardiovascular health Cialis/Viagra provide.  Viagra was originally for angina!?  With family history on my dad's side of triple bypass's, I think it's def gonna help me on more ways than one.

Hi there,

Very interesting, thanks a lot for providing a follow up on Tadafil. When I was using Tadafil on daily basis, I also noticed that the plaque got thinner (although as in case of normal erection). The question is whether it is going to stay that way once you are off Tadafil.

Did it improve your hourglassing? Any other improvement?

Thanks
27 y. o. Peyronies since 2020: S curvature with the top part tilting to the left - 15*. Multiple nodules and scarring on each side, mild hourglassing. Getting worse every few months, losing width. Normal penile function. Enlarged veins.

Great news and hella funny that you got a boner while he was examining you LMAO!!

As bentoboy said, have you noticed improvements in dents/hourglassing?
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

It was so unexpected bro!  About a 70%er!  I wasn't even thinking of it!  LOL!

As far as hourglassing, no change.  It sucks but when I have an erection it pops out.  I do notice the base of my erection is a bit thinner, it's been like that for a while.  For all I know with my congenital curve it coulda been that way my whole life.

We have to stay positive.   :)

I haven't done any traction or stretching whatsoever.

In January it will be a year on Tadalafil.  I can say after a few months, I haven't gotten those weird feelings at all.
