Pain after 10 years

I had a penile prosthesis implanted 10 years ago and recently I have had unusual spasms in that area. I wonder if it has something to do with the implant or something else?

It is hard to imagine the pain being triggered a decade after the implant.  In addition, I have never heard of such a trigger.

You do not give much info about yourself, the type of implant, the surgeon, or details about the spasms.  I wonder if it is unrelated pelvic floor spasms.

I second what Hawk says. I would only add: have you noticed any changes on your implant as well? Difficulty inflating, deflating? In what area do you feel pain?
