Or can they be done through the same peno-scrotal incision?

Also, what degree of curvature typically requires a relief incision?
24M, following injury in 2019 have 35 degree lateral curvature, pain, mild to moderate erectile dysfunction, hard flaccid.

That might depend on the location of the incisions.  Mine were needed near the base and were accomplished through the very small scrotal incision used for the implant.

I cannot say what degree requires incision(s).  I am not sure a surgeon can give a definite answer.  According to my surgical notes, I was implanted and inflated but not closed.  Dr. Eid noticed an hourglass dent near the base and made relief incisions, then deflated me and closed the incision.  We briefly discussed this in the OR since I was awake during surgery.
