Not sure what the F has happened, I've tried to lay off masturbating and definitely no sex but have masturbate like once a week currently, it looks like a second plaque / hardened thing on my opposite side now.. The last time I masturbated it actually kinda hurt when I finished, that probably caused it... I guess I'm stopping all together now... If my penis gets any worse I'll have to kiss goodbye to my penis lol I'll actually just forget about sex or anything ever again and try marry an A sexual or something

From my personal experience abstaining has literally never done a single positive thing against Peyronies. It helps a bit with my CPPS but for Peyronies it never did anything and I've gone months without even touching it. Only way you could further injure yourself with masturbation is if you are overly agressive. Even if you jack off with a 50% erection is is very unlikely you will add trauma if you are being very gentle.

Some people even say that frequent erections and masturbation can help due to the daily blood flow but I have never seen any improvement in symptoms wether I regularly jack off or abstain for months.

Are you 100% sure it's a new plaque? Perhaps it's time for a follow up with your doctor to check.

I'm about 4 months into complete abstinance now and I found another nodule appearing slowly on the opposite side the other day.

It doesn't appear to matter, we're doomed either way.
35. No injury. Lump Feb 22.
Pain, dent, left & upward bend ~50deg. Bad EQ.
Cialis Dac 22 - ear issues.
Diagnosed Feb 23.
VED Oct 22. PMP Feb 23.
Lump reduced May 23, dent remains, angle a little better. EQ improved.

Supportive partner, depression.

Me and the OP are both the same age (28)

You are 35. I do not know why but based on this forum and others it seems younger men seems to get the most bizarre cases.

Having a curve at our age but complete perfect erectile function is one thing but being our age having Peyronies + ED is really the worst case scenario.

More and more guys in our shoes are resorting to implants. It's really sad but it seems nothing else can fix it.

It's beyond frustrating isn't it? Especially when all of the available literature talks about Peyronies Disease being something that effects older men... there are so many of us on this forum who are much, much younger than the apparent statistical demographic.

in my experience, abstinence makes things worse actually. the bend in my case is more pronounced when I dont force an erection since I apparently rarely ever get nighttime erections, the tissue never gets stretched and thus contracts more and more. so when after like a week of abstinence I try to get an erection, in semi erect it is already severely bent to the left, much more so then when I try to force an erection everyday. lately however I cannot get erections anymore even with daily Cialis and so I have lost any left over urge to do something with my dick. so now its just abstinence anyway because I feel emotionally exhausted just by interacting with my penis. I agree with sonic that you cant really injure your penis if you are being careful

There are two mind sets to this -> use it or loose it or don't use it and save it. Dr Levine told me that erections were good for promoting oxygen and blood flow and he suggested having sex but be careful. When I was in the extreme painful stage of peyronies I trimmed my sex down to 1 time a week which wasn't easy. There was always a lot of lube and things were kept gentle. Now intercourse was difficult and if I did not have a rigid erection then we resorted to manual. I always then used heat therapy immediately after sex and it seemed to help me. You just have to try for yourselves. Peyronies is a very mysterious and nasty beast in how it affects each man.
