... at least for the moment and a few minutes after.
I noticed that massaging the anus and also sitting on a sharp edge of a chair that puts pressure on the anus and sitting bones can help.with my flaccid pain.
What do you think about that? / why is that?

There are many nerve bundles in lower rectum tied to your pelvic floor and is where a lot of the pain comes from with penile injury and/or dysfunction.  I developed CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome) after the onset of my Peyronies Disease.  My urologist at the time noticed the spasms when doing a prostate check via the ol rear end, and send me to get Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy.  I underwent this treatment once a week for about a year and it finally resolved the chronic flaccid pain and burning I was having.

Ty busted,

Did they teach you to release the pelvic floor or strenghten it (kegel) ? What helped you best for pain relief?

Yes, there are groin and pelvic floor stretches I was taught that I was doing daily.  I can't find the link at the moment to the info, but it was on one of my old posts.

I can also concur on the CPPS as I have struggled with this and am still struggling at times. In the beginning of it I thought I had an enlarged prostate as urinating was difficult and I had a burning sensation in my penis.  All tests are negative which confirms a tight pelvic floor and only relaxing stretches gives me relief.
