So, my pumping for the last 3 months has actually resulted in me getting night time erections and morning wood every night now.  One thing that confuses me is that my morning wood is a way stronger erection that what I get from watching porn.  I still can't get a full erection from masturbating but it appears my body is capable of doing it.  Any thoughts on why this is ?

Blood vessels and blood flow is improving from the pumping, keep it up. Same thing happened to me. Nocturnal erections are healthy for peyronies.

Sounds like PIED (porn induced erectile dysfunction). If your nocturnal erections are strong, that means that the cause of your weak day-time erections cannot be physiological.

I wonder about that. If you can get nocturnal erections, it seems reasonable to rule out some physical causes of Erectile Dysfunction, but I'm not sure it follows that the difference between manually stimulated erections and nocturnal erections cannot be physiological. Nocturnal erections arise during REM sleep. Perhaps the signal sent during REM sleep is maintained longer and more steadily than one can do by hand. I'm making that up just to give an example of why I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that the difference is psychological. Sometimes, worrying that "it's in your head," is enough to put it in your head. I don't want the OP to suffer that. FWIW, I experience the same thing as the OP-stronger nocturnal erections-as I recover from prostatectomy. My understanding was that this is a common experience during recovery.
