I went to Summit Male Medical in Tempe Az for information about mild Erectile Dysfunction. My erections were fine with Cialis, but I wanted to get my erections without them. Summit were doing a lot advertising on the radio, billboards...they were promising how to get hard erections without pills, so I was so naive and stupid that I believe it. I was at the Summit office with "Dr Nathan Pappadeas", he told me to inject Trimix, he said that injections were safer than Cialis and that I will love it. He injected at the office and 10 min later I had a hard erection, he looked at me and said "it worked, see you soon", he NEVER warned me about nothing!!!! In the panflet that they gave me it said take Sudafed if you have an erection that lasted for 4 hours" 4 hours is a trip to the ER not Sudafed. So I was only worried about a 4 hour erection, but I developed pain after 1 hour being erected, then 2 hours, it was painful but I didn't think was dangerous based on the information provided on the panflet, then 3 hours with a extreme painful erection, the pain was so bad that I called the "Dr", he told me to take Sudafed but I couldn't wait any longer so I injected Phenylephrine and my erection went down, maybe the Phenylephrine caused me the fibrosis?. Two days later my fibrosis was there, a fibrosis that will NEVER go away, is for life!!!!. And then I got the P-injection that made it WORSE!!!!!!.
My life was great before I did that Trimix injection, just ONE day caused a lifelong nightmare. I tried not to think about that day but I can't, that day made my life a nightmare.
Delfy clinic stayed " if you have a painful erection that lasts for 2 hours you have to take Sudafed", that people care about their clients, they know what they are doing.

I’m a little confused on why you didn’t want to take cialis everytime you had sex but was ok with trimex injections everytime ? I think if you google it , it says 1 in 9 men get peyronies from Trimix.

I didn't have idea that Trimix could damage the penis, I just wanted to try something different. At that "clinic" they gave me a panflet stating " between 3% and 8% of the men will develop Peroynes disease, is just a slightly curve that can be treated in our clinic", well it doesn't look like Peroynes was that bad. Slightly curve? I have dent/hourglass/narrowing......Doesn't a clinic that does Trimix daily suppose to know what to do if you developed a painful erection? Don't they know that if you have a 4 hour erection is an emergency that requires going to the ER? My problem was so easy to prevent by giving me the RIGHT information, because their  lack of information I ended up on this forum being obsessed with my penis. Probably I'm not the only one that got screwed by them

I'm thinking about taking SSRI's for my obsession with my penis damage, but I know if I take them my libido will dropped, what do I do? Do I take Zoloft to help relieve the obsessive thoughts and get no libido or I keep living obsessing with my penis?, I have high libido and I masturbate every day and it gets hard but  I got a slight rotation of the penis that I developed about four months ago, is obvious when is semi erect and my penis drops to the left

Mine does the rotation thing when flaccid. Has done for years. I don't think it is necessarily pathological.

No. Current issues are much more recent than the rotation.
